Hey there—we’re Gabe and Steph.

Between the two of us, we currently manage over 60 short-term rentals across multiple markets. Gabe is the founder of Brentwood Property Management, and Steph runs Hosted by The Webers. We’ve each built businesses from the ground up and we’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) what it takes to turn vacation rental management into a scalable, profitable, sustainable business.
